Joanne Johnson Sailor Joanne Johnson Sailor has provided customer service and agency support for Lobo Insurance Agency since August 2001. A resident of Willimantic, CT, Joanne joined Lobo Insurance with a background in journalism and public relations. For 15 years, she was a news reporter with United Press International of Providence, RI, The New Haven Register of CT and The Hartford Courant, also of CT. She spent the last four years of her seven years with The Courant as the newspaper's banking reporter from 1990 to 1994. From 1999 to 2001, she did community relations for Natchaug Hospital of Mansfield, CT. Joanne received a bachelor's of arts degree with a major in journalism from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT in 1982. In August 1991, she was a National Press Foundation Fellow at the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI. In her spare time, Joanne enjoys traveling, gardening and reading.
